Nora Princiotti, Sports Editor at the GW Hatchet, the school newspaper, wrote a good article on The Blue Team today.  The piece focuses solely on basketball and the GW connection and leaves out the spiritual message of the story.  Nonetheless it’s a well written article.  The link is below.

Speaking of GW connections, I got to see current GW head coach, Mike Lonergan, and former GW head coach, Mike Jarvis, at the Final Four in Houston.  I was hoping to see my former GW teammate and current Florida Gulf Coast head coach, Joe Dooley, at the Final Four but never ran into him.  With Joe’s first round win and the nice run Notre Dame had, lead by GW alum, Mike Brey, the Colonials were well represented in both the NCAA and NIT.

In addition to the article in the GW Hatchet, The Blue Team and I were featured on Faith Positive Radio.  Dr. Joey did a great job during the interview.  While the Hatchet article was about basketball, the Faith Positive interview was about the message of The Blue Team; we are our own worst enemy and if we allow the Lord to rule our minds instead of our ego we can accomplish great things.   The link to the audio is below.
